At the moment, we do not offer automated online shipping. All Victoria Ariela pieces are shipped directly from our studio in Bangkok on a case-by-case basis.

If you're interested in placing an order and require shipping, please contact us at studio@victoriaariela.com with your location and the piece you wish to purchase. We'll arrange the best shipping option for you and provide a quote based on your destination.

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated separately.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each piece is carefully packaged in our signature box and pochette, ready to travel safely to you.

Return:

We want you to love your Victoria Ariela piece. If you’re not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: custom pieces and Final Sale items are non-refundable.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original Victoria Ariela box and pochette.

Please note that import duties and taxes on international orders are non-refundable.
