At the moment, we do not offer automated online shipping. All Victoria Ariela pieces are shipped directly from our studio in Bangkok on a case-by-case basis.

If you're interested in placing an order and require shipping, please contact us at studio@victoriaariela.com with your location and the piece you wish to purchase. We'll arrange the best shipping option for you and provide a quote based on your destination.

Shipping costs are not included and will be calculated separately.
International orders may be subject to local taxes or customs duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Each piece is carefully packaged in our signature box and pochette, ready to travel safely to you.

We want you to love your Victoria Ariela piece — truly. If you’re not fully satisfied with your online purchase, we’re happy to arrange an exchange or full refund within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and sent back in their original Victoria Ariela box and pochette.

Victoria Ariela jewelry is made to accompany you through life — but like all precious things, it deserves intention and care. To keep your pieces luminous, we recommend removing them during certain moments:

When cleaning, as harsh chemicals can damage both gold and gemstones. During workouts or any high-impact activity, which may loosen settings over time. Before swimming — chlorine weakens gold, and cold sea water can easily slip a ring from your finger. Even during your skincare routine, creams and oils can create a film that dulls brilliance.

Treat your jewels like talismans — sacred, personal, and alive. With a little mindfulness, they’ll stay radiant for years to come.

Repairs

If your jewelry ever needs some love, we’re here to help.

For all repair inquiries, please contact us first at studio@victoriaariela.com before sending your piece. Include your name, a description of the issue, a photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

If your piece was purchased directly from victoriaariela.com within the last 3 months, we may cover the repair cost upon approval by our team.

Depending on the work needed, repairs may take 4–6 weeks to complete. Each piece is treated with the same care it was crafted with — and we’ll make sure it comes back to you ready for the next chapter.
